Rob Hill was born with the Hill's name. He learned very quickly in Grade Six, that you could have more time off school work if you volunteered to run the film projector.

More than that though, Rob is part of a team that will provide you with some of the best creative, quality and affordability that you'll see in a production today!

Rob joined Hill's Video in 1981, after working in local television and for a national network. His leadership has seen the Video and Film Production businesses grow from a division that his father, Fred Hill, started in the late 1960's to film archive incentive trips, to a million-dollar facility. Current facilities now include a multiple camera mobile, broadcast-quality post-production and duplication.

The self-proclaimed, largest, independent production facility in the area, with competitive creative and a commitment to everything we do is the Hill's philosophy. As Rob states in other words, "Our coffee and creative are rich, full-bodied, fresh and addictive ... Stop by for some..."

Gerry Milinkovic - Production Manager

Left abandoned on the doorstep of Hill's Main Street store in Hamilton at a tender age, Gerry joined Hill's production Services long before the introduction of High Definition Television. "My life's been pretty much an amusement park ride ever since", says Ger.

Currently he is involved in obtaining and producing many of the Hill's Production Services projects. His experience includes nationally-produced commercials and programming.

To entertain and inform is Gerry's mandate whether the story is told on video or film. "If there's a simile available I'll use it." other skills include directing live and live-to-tape sporting events and the creation of QScene BBQTV, an entertainment lifestyle barbecue show.

His range runs from literal to quirky humour and can change gears at any point. Ask anyone who's worked with him; a day without Gerry is like a day without moonshine.

Shhhh…. don't tell anyone, life at Hill's Production Services for Julie Carey started with a lie. For those who know Rob Hill "The Boss" is an avid Skier, so when Julie was asked in her interview whether she was a skier or not, she replied with an enthusiastic Yes!

Julie enjoys playing baseball, shopping, (what girl dosen't) and fishing. Julie does have one flaw… and that is chocolate. You can pretty much get whatever you want from her, with the exchange of chocolate.

Julie Carey is the cohesive backbone of Hill's productions Services. An employee since 1999, she definitely runs the show. Whether it's the way she can multi-task with efficiency, deal with customers, (irate or sane), or answer one's need with her calm soothing voice. Julie gets the job done.
